Massage

Swedish Massage: The classic therapeutic massage, known for flowing strokes that relax and revitalize your body. It Improves muscle tone, stimulates circulation, relieves tension, and assists the elimination of waste products. It can also speed healing after injury and enhance recovery from disease.

($100/60 min)

Corporate Chair Massage: Numerous scientific studies have shown that incorporating routine chair massage into the workplace increases worker productivity, morale and job satisfaction. Our team of professional therapists can come in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to give your staff a 5-20 min rejuvenating massage. Employees stay fully clothed without the need of using oil. We focus on over-use areas and your people will return to work feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on new challenges.

Reiki Healing Touch

Reiki is a Japanese form of healing and revitalization. Reiki's fundamentals state that there is a universal and inexhaustible spiritual energy that can be used for healing purposes). Through an attunement process carried out by a Reiki Master, any person can gain access to this energy. This energy will flow through the Reiki Master’s hands when they place their hands on the patient. Ingrid Wilson, as a credentialed Reiki Master, uses her skill to help her clients access and benefit from this Universal Life Force Energy. ($80/60 min)

I am eager to assist your elderly or disabled loved ones with physical and mental health issues, personal hygiene, and mindfulness. With decades of experience as an Activities Director, Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Wellness Coach, I provide families with thoughtful and compassionate solutions that increase the quality of life.

I can care for your loved ones in licensed facilities or in the comfort of their own homes. A host of services are available including the ones listed above. Contact me, Ingrid Wilson, to create a quality, individualized solution that fits your needs. ($40/hr with a 4 hr minimum) or ($35/hr 3 hr minimum with a $105 massage of your choice.)
