Ingrid Wilson was born and raised in the Netherlands and entered the US with a four-year teaching degree obtained in 1984. Her background is in Occupational and Physical Therapy.
She has worked in several health care settings including UCSD Medical Center, Mission Bay Hospital as well as in well-known local retirement homes, rehab centers and chiropractic care offices.She received her Massage Therapist License from Mueller College in San Diego in 2011 and became a Holistic Health Practitioner and Reiki Master in 2012.
Prior to that, she served as a lifestyle director in well-known retirement homes all over San Diego and as a teacher at the Dutch School of Southern California.Over the past decade, Ingrid has participated in several sporting events including century bike rides, triathlons, and marathons to raise funds for non-profit organizations.
She is currently a proud sponsor of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Arthritis Foundation and the Triumph Foundation and she serves in two local churches in kids ministries.
